A lil bit about me :

Hey y'all! My name is Mello. I'm a freelance artist and graphic designer.My goal is to become the best artist that I can be and to hone my craft to the best of my abilities. While I am working to be a well rounded artist, I aim to specialize in character/creature design.Above you will see buttons that will take you to my portfolio to see my works and to schedule art commissions. I hope y'all enjoy your time here.

Terms of Service (As of August 2024)

Information

General:

- All drawings posted on my page will include either a signature or a watermark that you may not remove.- If there are any changes in the handle (email/social media platform) you used to contact me with, please inform me immediately as to avoid confusion and to keep information up to date.- While not required, it is highly recommended (and appreciated) to have prepared references and a specific idea of what you would like for your commission piece (ex: pose ideas, outfits, expressions, etc).- The artwork commissioned may NEVER be used in generative AI learning or machine applications.

Payment:

- I accept payment either through paypal or cashapp.
- All commissions must be paid in full before I accept them.

Process and Delivery:

- I typically like to take about 2-3 weeks to finish a commission. If there are any factors (such as health or life reasons) or anything that may require a delay I will inform you as soon as I can. Otherwise, please expect your commission to be finished within 2-3 weeks. To ensure quality, I will not rush any commissions.- Once the commision is accepted, I will send you a concept sketch to ensure that what I'm about to draw matches your vision. From here you can make changes as you see fit in order to more accurately match your vision.- Once the piece is finished you will recieve a full-resolution image (one with and one without the signature/watermark) of the product. Note that there is no physical product. I unfortunately do not do prints at this moment in time.- I might record the drawing process and post it on my social media. If you do not want your commission recorded/posted please let me know prior to the start of the commission.

Revisions:

- Unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made, If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you were previously satisfied with, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount charged will depend on how big the change is in comparison to the original product.

- I own all rights to the work created. I will likely use the artwork for promotion on social media. If you do not want your commission posted, please let me know in advance before the commission has started. Otherwise, assume that the finished product will be posted on my social media.- If you are commissioning me for a business commission, please have a document for me to sign in regards to the rights to the product.- Copyright infringement includes but may not be limited to: Claiming artwork you did not make as your own, removing watermarks/signature without the creator's permission, and altering artwork without the creator's permission to then claim as your own.

Works I Will/Wont take:

- I will reject any order that I don't feel comfortable with. This is typically a non-issue, as there isn't much that I'm not opposed to drawing, but I will inform you before I have agreed to the commission if that is the case.- I have no problem drawing nsfw. But I will charge an additional price of 30% more.- Any commercial commissions will be charged by the hour. In addition, a $60 down payment fee must be made.
